1. BEFORE I BEGIN:

1.1 I will most likely refuse to draw mecha characters, art recreating/drawn over tragic events/gore/NSFL, highly offensive themes, complex armours or machines
1.2 I reserve the right to refund you if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason
1.3 Please provide me all the details about your imagined art work (character sheets, pose references, colour palettes)
1.4 I usually finish simple full body art within a day, however the more complicated the request is, the longer it might take for the final product
1.5 Please specify if you wish to keep your commission a secret for any reason

2. ONCE I BEGIN

2.1 You agree to all the aspects mentioned above. If you are not comfortable with my TOS and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission
2.2 I'll draw the sketch of the artwork and send it to you for the approval or correcting the mistakes and making changes. After that I will continue doing the lineart, rendering etc.

3. USAGE OF ART

3.1 You may not use my art comercially without my permission (on cups, t-shirts, keychains) unless discussed earlier
3.2 You may not alter, recolour or trace my art
3.4 You may not use my art in artificial intelligence (AI) model traning
3.5. You may not use my art in non fungible tokens (NFTs), crypto tokens and other block-chain related technologies
3.4 You may post my art but only when providing the credit ("credits to the artist" is not crediting). You must not claim my art as your own
